Quotation and Cost Estimate

• Make the quotation and draft the design sketch or image

• Confirm the quotation

• Draft the working schedule and completion date

Drawing and Material

• Confirm the layout and make 3D colour renderings

• Analyse and confirm the materials

• Make the layout, electrical ,lighting plan and furniture drawings....

• After client approved all drawings, site works will proceed

​Site Construction and Coordination

• Client commence the site works

• Site works will proceed in the order of demolishing , electricity, plumbing, masonry, carpentary and painting works

• Designer will coordinate with the contractors and monitor the quality control of the site

Completion and Settlement

• According to the working schedule, we will complete on time.

• Client pay final payment after all defects completed
