Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

K+C Design Studio provide two different types of mailing services:

  • All Area （Air-mail with tracking）（If Hong Kong Post Office provide）

  • EMS

Both services are send through Hong Kong Post. K+C Design Studio shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, Economic or loss of profits or otherwise, Arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the goods. Risk if loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to Hong Kong Post.

For local customers, we will mailing the goods by SF Express（Freight collect）.

Free shipping while purchasing over $300 HKD / $1000 HKD per order.（$300 for most of Asia Area, $1000 HKD for US/EU/UK countries EMS（5KG post box） service.（Detail please read it when check out your order）

 

Mailing Address

Due to term of PayPal, all mailing address MUST match your PayPal account.  We will not ship out any order which mailing address doesn't match your PayPal mailing address.

Return & Exchange Policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

​Please do not return the product(s) to us without our prior consent.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

Please note that：

  1. The warranty will not apply to damage caused by disassembly and / or modification of the product. K+C Design Studio will not refund nor repair such products.

  2. Resquest for refund of products after 3 days upon delivery will not be entertained. However, K+C Design Studio will provide maintenance for the products.

K+C Design Studio will provide warranty / exchange service if any of the following apply：

​

  1. Order number & payment record can be provided by customers.

  2. Any product that proves to be defective which results in malfunction.

​

K+C Design Studio will not pay for shipping charges from you to us, unless the product proves to be defective in material or workmanship.

Customer Care

  • We will greet our customers in a courteous and professional manner.

  • We will listen effectively to our customers’ requests and promptly take the necessary actions to assist them. We will keep our customers informed of unexpected delays in service.

  • We will inform our customers of normal process time, when they can expect completion and any delays that may arise in the process.

  • We will touch base with our customers to update them as to where we are in the process.

  • We will respond to website questions/requests within 24 hours during normal business hours.

  • We will respond to applicants（employee / volunteer）within 24 hours of normal process time to let them know when they can expect completion and any delays that may arise in the process.

  • We will finish our encounters with our customers in a courteous and professional way.
